Verpakkingen

Arteficion probeert zoveel mogelijk milieu vriendelijke materialen te gebruiken. Bij het verpakkingsmateriaal zit geen plastic. Elke bestelling wordt verstuurd in een stevige kartonnen envelop (A5) of in een platte kartonnen doos (A4), afhankelijk van het formaat van de bestelling. De stickers van Arteficion zijn gemaakt van papier en de lijm is composteerbaar. Al het verpakkingsmateriaal kan dus zo in de papierbak.

Verzending

Momenteel verzend Arteficion alleen binnen Nederland.

Elke bestelling heeft een Track en Trace link waarmee je je pakket kan volgen. We proberen bestellingen om de week te verzenden.

Controleer alsjeblieft goed je ingevulde adres bij het plaatsen van een bestelling! Helaas kunnen wij geen verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor verkeerd ingevoerde adressen; als klein bedrijf kunnen we dat niet veroorloven.

Retour

Momenteel is het niet mogelijk je bestelling te retourneren.

Ik heb het verkeerde/niet compleet ontvangen

Arteficion stopt veel tijd en aandacht in het verpakken van elke bestelling. Onze excuses voor het eventuele ongemak.

Packaging

Arteficion uses as many environmentally friendly materials as possible. Because of this, the packaging materials don't include any plastics. Each order is shipped in a sturdy cardboard envelope (A5) or in a flat cardboard box (A4) depending on the size of the product. The stickers are made from paper and the glue is compostable. Therefore, all the packaging can be thrown into the paper bin.

Shipping

At the moment, we are only shipping within the Netherlands. If you are from outside the Netherlands and want to place an order, please send an email to arteficion@hotmail.com and we will see what we can do.

Each package has a 'Track and Trace' link so you can always follow your package. We try to ship orders every other week.

Please double check your address when placing your order! Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for input of incorrect addresses; as a very small company we can't afford to do so.

Returns

At this time, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges.
